It's absolutely shocking that there is no significant political opposition against the erosion of online privacy rights that is happening in front of our eyes all across the western world.

Governments don't save anyone. Their top interest is self- preservation, which is their relevance. They only way they stay relevant is to consume the population's Freedom in the guise of "safety."
