Think about the worst thing that's happened to you, and how you survived and ended up okay. Realize that nothing can hurt you, and you will feel more free. Most of the time all the "maybes" that stress people out are nothing. The stress from anticipation is more harmful than the actual bad stuff that happens.
Just take life as it comes, and hold BTC for 10 years. You'll be fine.
