Power Law is the bear case. It was published in response to S2F popularity.
Stock to flow is more representative of true free market dynamics.
so would you say that stock to flow is more accurate and not a bad model to follow ?
I personally believe that without market manipulations (i.e. FTX last cycle, ??? this cycle) we would be closer to S2F valuation rather than the Power law valuation.
But obviously we’re not there with respect to price so I am wrong. But I don’t think I am wrong…but I am still wrong.
I think both of these models have wide enough bands to fit most possible scenarios if we assume that over time number will continue to go up to to the left.
Rainbow chart is also nice. They are also honest about it having no actual "science" behind it. Instead they say its just pure forward projection with the assumption of NGU over time.
