My issue with the “health trackers”

I demand simple tech with simple data that is not shared by default in some format I may use for my own enlightenment.

Demand this if my own files, passwords, and code, so why not very personal data?

git, vim, text files that’s all I want to access measurements of my health…

Garmin let's you export but it's not easy and you still have to register the device with their servers to use it.

If you find a good option for this let us know

What I really want the heart rate, sleep hours, elevation gain and GPS data. I haven't found a great private solution for that single pane of all my activity

yes me neither and is why I went with dumb devices until I make

my own and ofc I am on it :)
