A little bit can be a lot for some drinks, if you drunk 2 shots of liquor for your first drinking, bad move you will feel the punch. If was beer, you either have a very low alcohol resistance or something else.

I hardly ever drink (see other post) but i definitely feel the alcohol from one .3 liter 5% beer.
