Tell her to come over here. My Instagram got memorialized 6 years ago and it took weeks to get back and I had to submit my DRIVER'S LICENSE TO PROVE I WAS ALIVE.
Here I am, still not dead.
It took weeks to go through facebook "customer service" at the time. (Facebook was swallowing up Instagram at the time).
