Very good if you have back problems.

Not so good if you have knee problems.

If you plan to stand at your desk for several hours per day, take walking/sitting breaks every now and then.

You can also use some an “active stool”, which is a kind of stool that supports your lower back a bit but isn’t meant to sit on.

Also, make sure to place your screen so your eyes are level with its center, so you don’t screw up your neck always looking up or down.
