Right, but only up to a certain point. If you disagree with the entire premise of the question, as in I don’t agree with the question as it’s framed or any of the responses I’m forced to choose from, you have to go with “disagree” which doesn’t throw it off much, but feels like you’re skewing the response to what would be a pass.
