I have a friend who’s a single mom on welfare who’s interested in bitcoin but has no prospects at the moment to increase her savings and make more $.

What are the best resources to send her on how she can scheme some sats?

Any good “paid to” sites? Paid to game, paid to learn, paid to read, etc?

Fold app

I believe you can earn a small amount of sats on Shakepay!

https://shakepay.com

Haha. Nice, simultaneous recommendation!

Teamwork makes the dream work!

Everyday if she’s Canadian! I’ve set up friends in similar situations who’ve managed to get a small stack from shaking and using their card.

Presumably she still needs to buy groceries etc. She could use the Shakepay prepaid visa for daily purchasing - they pay a % back in BTC.

You will find this site helpful and can find apps, games, podcasts etc to earn some Sats ⚡️

Need a step by step guide

What do you mean? Just click and follow the links to the apps and games podcasts etc…

Impossible to say without knowing what shes good at. For one, she can hop on here on nostr, make nice introduction post and can get zapped just cos bitcoiners are generous when they know they are not getting finnesed.

sMiles - sats for steps

Lolli - cash back in sats

Fold - rewards in sats

Fountain - sats for learning about Bitcoin and other podcasts

Nostr - sats via zaps for writing good posts (although one might find they zap more than they receive 😉)

Bitcoin Magazine App - earn sats for reading articles (previously Carrot)

I use each of these apps daily 🤙

There’s this zap ⚡️ thing on Nostr.

#[2] gave a great presentation to #[3] class about this. Mary, is your presentation available somewhere Brad could direct his friend to?

Fountain podcasts and bitcoin magazine to self educate on Bitcoin while earning free sats :)

Nostr…..share her life’s experiences. Contribute and she will start stacking.

let the friend teach her to sell stuff to neighbours

- old furniture, stuff she doesnt use

- food/bakes

i thinks that's way more valuable than shaking phone for sats.

and considering she's on welfare, satsback wouldnt rly be motivating bc little to spend anyways, in my experience.

and convert to sats from that*

p2p. fuck kyc. idk how it is in the country she's from, but it's best to let sleeping dogs lie.

Shakepay and shake her phone each day. Transfer the little spending money she has over to Shakepay and get rewarded in sats for her purchases. Obv nothing crazy but it’s free and the easiest way.
