Leaning towards buying property or living in a van.

In renting— it’s just too many leases (with ballooning anti privacy clauses) and insurance (with ballooning anti privacy clauses) and apps (with ballooning anti privacy clauses) and moving and negotiating costs against an irrational market and bad neighbors and bad community rules.

The middle ground of renting is fundamentally anti-freedom, mid curving day to day existence.

A solid home is a base, opens possibility. Paradoxically, a van opens possibility as well.

Park your van on someone's property and learn how to farm
