yes they did, maybe they don't have the resources to protect themselves if they get sued

ps. i heard 🇺🇸 can still use it if downloaded outside app/playstore (so it doesnt have trackers), in combo with either vpn, tor (Orbot app for both) and/or for ppl who rly want privacy also in combo with own electrum server
