Close your eyes.

Notice, behind your eyelids, that it isn’t actually dark. There is a sort of shimmering.

You can see no boundaries. There is no in or out. There is just a shimmering, empty space. Stare into it as if you were looking at the night sky.

The moment you find yourself lost in thought, just continue looking into this bright emptiness and watch the thought unravel and disappear.

This is happening All. The. Time.

Thoughts simply appear and disappear in the emptiness of this mind. They come and go.
