Cultivating. Historical architecture of the center of the city is very interesting and worth to see ( thx Haussmann ). Lots of museum and cultural centers. Yet the constraints of the city itself kills the potential sexiness.

Maybe for me it’s New Orleans for music, food, atmosphere (except during Mardi Gras, stay away). Caveat, haven’t been there since before hurricane Katrina.
