I love how on AI, energy is good, it'd restarting power plants. But with Bitcoin mining securing the most sound energy on the planet, it's wasteful.
Bitcoin has constant energy use attacks.

Thankfully we’re getting past the concerns of Bitcoin’s energy usage. That argument is well contested and folks largely don’t bring it up anymore.
Not so sure. I have talked to people this week who mentioned it. Not online, but real life.
Bitcoin mining is good for the grid. Look at MARA or Blockstream and probably others. When the output of renewable energy sources exceeds the demands of the grid, the excess energy can be used to mine bitcoin. If the grid demands more, the miners dynamically shut off or reduce power consumption.
I also think this is something people don't consider. Energy usage is good.
