Debt ceiling reflection. I lived in Brussels a period when they didn't have any government in Belgium. I think it lastet more than a year. And things of course worked much better than normal. So if they can't reach an agreement in the US, and they have to lay of people in the public sector, it would be a blessing for the Americans.
