Must be trying fetch Google Play updates even though you downloaded the APK. You should create an issue just in case it was an innocent mistake.

usually related to that and push notification support. in the case of breez, its not only a lightning wallet, but also a point of sale, podcast player, and can use for buying stuff in the app
