It's incredible to me that anyone can blindly assume that "oh because you appear to be in X group due to W symptoms that are common among people in X group, you gotta do the usual Y thing that X group does to cope, because that's the obvious route to betterment, and anyone who does not immediately agree with this obvious opinion must be silenced and distrusted with extreme prejudice."
