I've been looking nostr:nprofile1qqsd54k9fd0xwjwkttgr3svkg7reftu5una95nhacg95nxq7fmzkdscpzamhxue69uhhyetvv9ujumn0wd68ytnzv9hxgtcdmwcdp, I love the concept but had very little success finding P2P in the UK through that and the app is very cumbersome, sadly.

I'm also trying to remember a documentary where they showed a telegram group to put people in touch for cash exchanges etc. in Cuba.

Does anyone know of a group like this in the UK or can point me towards guidance on how to set one up myself?

Yes, we do a bit of P2P at the meets that we host but i wanted to create a channel even for those people to have and post anonymously at first so that they can field offers from other members.

Obviously then, once the connection is made, they can meet in person and do the deal that way.

I'm actually having a go at building an annonomised telegram channel with AI to do this.

One Vexl tip I like is to encourage your meetup group to use Vexl and all add the meetup venue as a contact.

That way you don’t need to share phone numbers (good for privacy) but you are all connected through this one common contact.

The venue doesn’t need to use Vexl you just use the phone number as a public connection hub.

Oh cool. Really good advice. Thank you! I'll give that a go. My major are problem is the app itself is very slow and doesn't connect and load properly. It's very strange and puts you off using it a bit. I will persist though. Maybe delete and reinstall. Also, are you using it on Android or iOS?
