I'm confused!
In order to send 8000 sats from my WOS I had to pay 9000 sats transaction fee???
How is this possible?
I thought LN transactions were close to zero fees??

Opening a channel cost a bit I guess.
Does that mean it's a one time payment? And in the future it'll be less?
