Lucky man. Heyday for them for sure.
They were f’ing incredible live, Stewart Copeland was my fixation. Wanted to be him
Saw them at Wembley arena in’83 and Stewart had a marimba set up on a riser above kit for king of pain. He played start on marimba then leapt down onto kit for the snare crack into song, so cool ! Sting ran and flew onto the stage from a trampoline for start of show . Great gig especially as the two of them hated each other at the time 😂
Well 4 times actually, but that was alot for a 13 year old I think
