So my neighbor put up an extension on this pole? It’s like 50ft now?

Idk wtf they are doing but I think it’s not going to make it through the winter with how it’s bending.

They have 2 different levels of anchor points but I think they need at least 1 if not 2 more to get it straightened up.

That's even weirder.

The wire from the house runs to a gray box then a different smaller wire runs up the pole to a tree & end’s connected to his aluminum fence.
