We talk about the 'social graph'.

I used to keep tabs on my twitter account's social graph visually with a foss package called Gephi. It has a plugin that would scrape my twitter account's activities when twitter still allowed free API access.

Is there a nostr version of plugin for Gephi that enables me to look at my social graph the way the Twitter plugin did?

In the picture the center is my old twitter account and all the other 'dots' are the accounts/tweets I interacted with. The size of the dots indicate how much interaction I had with accounts/tweets etc.

It'd be cool af if we had this interactivity for nostr.

what benefits come from visualising all of this? Isn't it too much to be digestible?

Not at all. I look for the places where many strings attach. That's where the action is happening.

So basically you are manually sorting for most interacted tweets/people.

Are you doing something else? I ask because I am building something similar

I'm not sorting. I'm looking.

I meant looking in order of size.

Can I ask what did you do after seeing this graph? For example, did you start following more people after seeing it?

it should scale the points with higher density and decrease the scale of the less connected nodes perhaps this would assist in simplifying the visualisation
