I forfeited my real ID for a state ID and a passport. I wish I would have never gotten the Real ID. I'm glad I have the choice to not have the real ID in Minnesota.

From what I understand RealID is spreading a LOT of misinformation. Such as real IDs becoming a requirement to board national flights.

You do need a real id to board flights within the US. I just had to get my passport because I’m flying in the morning.
