I need some good steak knives. Want something all stainless for easy maintenance (I’m open to other options) and non-serrated. Anyone have recommendations?

Those look nice. I just want something low maintenance that isn’t built like crap that I can resharpen and don’t have to worry if they’re run in the dishwasher occasionally
