Extremely good workout today

Sprints, bounds

Box jumps (v good, 40" jumps with like a 90 degree knee angle, the old folks were calling me athletic)

Power cleans (first time in years, horrible but better than expected)

Back squats

Front squats

And my new favorite: Jefferson deadlifts

I did Jeffersons 3 days ago and already feel my back is way stronger

And then some sauna

Powerful. Love mixing in front squats; that’s a real man’s exercise
