In the UK, at 3pm today, in just over an hours time. The government are testing a new alert system through all mobile phones.

We don’t have volcanos or live on tectonic plates, or have dangerous animals. There is one use case for this that I can think of 🤔

At 3pm today I’ll be shouting out “cuuuunnnnttttssss!” as people receive automated messages from government from their mobile devices.

If you also wish to shout out “cuuuuunnnnntttttssss!” in unison with me, you’ll be most welcome.
