Simply saying a thing doesn’t make it true.
But that doesn’t mean they can’t put you in jail anyway.

look. working within the government rules won't work. this gives the government all the power, and when it has all the power, this defeats the purpose of free money. governments don't like when you exersice freedom, and when more than .01% of population do it, they'll outlaw it like they outlawed everythune else they disliked. the only way firward is non-complience. the soner you'll understand this, the sooner the real revolution can begin
At the end of the day humans work within social groups. These social groups need predefined rules and an "objective" monopoly of coercion in order to function. In other words, society needs governing.
There is no acting outside of government. There is only acting outside of *this* gov.
There are two ways to change it. Voteing, specifically the way the "Free Staters" are doing it. Or overthrowing the current gov (2nd amendment).
For the second way you better make sure that:
a. It is the only way. It would be a very bloody path paved with human suffering, so make sure it's damn necessary.
b. Have an alternative ready. Propose a form of government that can insure this thing doesn't happen again.
c. Have a majority of people agree with a and b.
Just wait until they begin citing sovereign monetary policy.
Who has trust in the justice system anyways?
The 2nd Amendment was written and passed to protect the 1st Amendment.
So infuriating.
Civil court has the standard of guilty by a “preponderance of evidence”. But a criminal conviction is only possible with evidence of “beyond a reasonable doubt”
What I have seen from east coast judges is a blurring of that line requiring higher standards.
You would never see that in Indiana courts. The accused clearly has an advatage in a proper court. But not so much in the Kangaroo courts of New York and D.C.
