You are missing that Chain Analysis companies have extensive surveillance of the lightning network and that the privacy routing in Lightning is not there yet.

They can see channels but it’s a stretch to say any of these companies have the resources to track through several non kyc lightning wallets. The liquidity limitations mean we aren’t talking about enough in each transaction to be of interest to anyone.
