Just means sourced from old and new testaments, doesn't mean ethnic or even historic unity. 10 Commandments are really (morally, not politically) for everyone. Don't throw the baby out with the bathwater... 🤙🏼

In fact from reading this text it's clear that "not all that is called Israel is Israel indeed" and that thise who are in Christ are thrle true offspring of Abraham and therefore subject to all the promises, etc. "Salvation is of the Jews." But that's not referring to modern day Israel in any sense.
