2 1/2 lb gas grilled ribeye for dinner. I fasted for 22 hours.

I grilled it at 550 degrees for five minutes on each side—130 internal temperature.

Sales at Local Jewels had ribeye roast for $5.99/lb. I got two and cut them into 2-2 1/2 lb steaks.

Today, I weight-trained arms. 4^3*15/12/8
