The rules get bypassed as they see fit. Precedent, Howey test etc dont matter in a corrupt system. Stack sats stay humble the same supply dynamics all still apply we just have institutional level shitcoinery now. Which is good in a way. A whole new set of people to get rugged and learn that BTC is the only sound money.
Come to think of it institutions created the USD shitcoin so just same old for them. Just a new Gen of people to get rugged.
This can unravel in one of a few ways:
1. The global population will begin to come to their senses about how large of a scam fiat currencies and the global economy is and take action
2. They'll continue to rely on the government and corporations for everything and continue to whine and moan
3. The world's power players will just continue to stab each other in the back until extinction, which will lead to anarchy
4. Nuclear devastation 🤯
