That would be my question too 😅
I guess for photoshopping you could use Acorn instead. But what about the video and audio stuff 😅 ?
I found these very good:

Illustrator: https://inkscape.org
I only used Photoshop and Lightroom.
My replacements for now are Photopea and Digikam
