I'm a #Linux user but my payroll company recently moved to software that will only run on Windows. I tried my best to get around it or get ways for it to work but, with their many layers of security, it just wasn't possible. So I got a Windows license and put it in a virtualization. Annoying but it keeps a wall of separation between me and Windows.
