The sign up software comes pre bundled with all the socials. This is common with marketing tools and preloads all the scripts for speed with their integrations. But without a configured tracking pixel ID it doesn't do anything. No tracking is happening, it just loads the capability.
Okay...what signup software is that? LeadConnector? If it really depends on that Facebook pixel...ditch it.

The browser is trying to load that asset from Meta, which can reveal pretty usefull metadata (from me and my browser) for them. I think you should use something else (there are many other WordPress plugins which do better I guess).
It's not doing anything. It doesn't have a meta ID tag
