Me too actually.
But I am great with it and it’s true, that it really pushes your self-awareness and consciously perceive the environment around you, etc
I question too much because of it I guess, more action less pondering would be my self advice. But yes I have a better sense of my surroundings for sure. Life is a wonderful journey and it’s important not to get snagged on one thing. I am learning the art of flowing as I get older. I just let myself get snagged on stoopid stuff momentarily on the way
