Jabber ID is for XMPP. You're saying you can't join the XMPP or Signal?
For Signal, if you copy paste the link in the app, or just go to it in a web browser, it should work.

I am aware that Jabber is XMPP, just telling you what I am seeing when I select your Signal link. I cannot copy the link inPrimall.
The same link is at the bottom of our website, if it's easier to copy it from a web browser. https://simplifiedprivacy.com/
Used XMPP link from your site, also didn't work.
When I try OMEMO fingerprint link I get 404 not found.
