Ours is underground in the garage think it is supposed to hold 8 people.

Couple years ago a tornado hit Clarksville and a friend wanted to get one, so she had a guy start a business in the area.. Tennessee Storm Shelters, they needed to install 5 of them so he could learn how. We basically got it at cost. Was still $5k, but we've used it at least 3 times I think since 2019.
