Dreams can really do a number on us! The sub-conscious can be unsettling.
If your mind/body is still wired, try tensing and then relaxing the muscles in your body working from your toes up.
This might help to calm any muscle tension as well as your nervous system which then hopefully will calm your mind enough to sleep. 💜🫂
Failing that, count the number of zombies you’ve ever seen on tv. Your brain will eventually get bored. 😉💜
