Sort of the way restaurant cooks don't stop cooking, when they retire. They just get to cook what they want to cook when they want to cook it.

Yup. But I've realized that I actually have a path out of wage slavery, so I can hopefully shortcut the time to doing what I want when I want.

Same. I like working, but I prefer to work on whatever I'm currently excited about.

Yes. That's why I need a large shop with all the tools ready to go. Who knows WTF I'll want to mess with. 😅
