Wasn't the last one states blocking immigration extradition? Safe harbor cities and so on?
The patriot act, the ACA, operation fast and furious, citizens united, etc.
But those were more crisis between government and citizens and not between state government and federal government.
So, also constitutional, but different. I suppose.
All of them intentionally undermining states rights and leading to this BS. I don't think what's going on is unintentional, and that's what bothers me the most.
