The Tree and the Eye,a sculpture by Anish Kapoor,consists of seventy-three reflective spheres in stainless steel,positioned in three uprights.

The piece recalls the ephemeral nature of the world in the way in which each sphere reflects not only its neighbours but also blends into the landscape.

It is displayed at the rear of the Guggenheim Museum Bilbao.

Guggenheim Museum Bilbao was designed by

Frank Gehry.
