As always it’s up to you, but I’d recommend against it as it’s a completely separate relay.

For now, we are considering nostr.wine it’s own little paid happy place. We do not broadcast to nor read events from nostr.wine via the filter. If you want to continue reading and writing to our paid relay, keep it on read/write.
