Can't really go viral without extensive adoption of the platform. If a Nostr note went viral, the story would really be that Nostr went viral.
I’d probably have to agree, we also lack in bigger content creators, that the legacy media and other social media would be interested in 💜
Dunno. But, who cares? Some people want to measure their reach, they want the tools to reach more people to feed their other channels, engagement is mostly unidirectional for them. This is called marketing. This is why algos rule everything.

More than 10-20 interactions on a note I guess. But then again, for notes to go viral there needs to be an algorithm. And that goes against the whole point of nostr. Better to have meaningful conversations with people inside a positive community. Rather than influencers farming for engagement with viral tweets (tweets not notes since tweets can go viral)
