Currently, I am in the Canary Islands but considering the possibility of going to El Salvador to work with Bitcoin there.

The Bitcoin Office is the best place to reach out for information. My understanding is that El Salvador is also building a site that will host key info for people. Many bitcoiners who have moved there have applied for a residency; they're still to announce their citizenship program
