Is your workout session 1 hour?

Yes it’s a 1 hour session 3 days a week now.

I was doing alright with hour long exercise sessions for a bit…but skipped for a week. You are an inspiration nostr:npub1lpm9869tuklg0y8l8z5fzzz3swqt5rxuq7dj59kmejt5q63sr8lsxhkjvp - I’m going to try to be more consistent with my routine 🙏🏽

It’s definitely super hard getting back into it!! That’s why I went with a personal trainer to keep me on the path. We got this!!!!!!!
