I use Anker Soundcore. Inexpensive, but sound great. No issues with them staying in during workouts.
I have had my Jabra Active Elite 75t for about 4 years with heavy use and still love them, Amazon has them refurbished at like $60 instead of the $200 new. Wife grabbed a refurbished pair and has had no issues.
