2008-2012 is a monster jump. But within the realm of billionaires. Is it a stretch to observe that most billionaires are now priced out and only a handful of individuals, corporations, cartels, and countries are able to buy presidential access?

We’re still an oligarchy, just with fewer participants.

Yes. At the Presidential level, I think you need to have 11 figures plus.

Watching China, I think their society is better for 90% of citizens. But, we will always be led by the Oligarchs in the .01%.
