It's a shame it doesn't seem to support encrypted DMs quite yet... Or am I missing something #[2] ?

No, they're not supported yet. Maybe I should add? Personally I don't use them much at all, but maybe that's a feature that keeps people going to other clients.

and throw away keys, because I think there’s value there.

rarely use DM, not sure why people would want to since we can see the traffic
