The hit on JFK was ordered by Castro for revenge. Oswald was obviously a double agent but Castro won his cooperation. The second gunman on the grassy knoll was working with him to make sure the job was done because Oswald wasn't a good shot. The CIA was having a field day spinning it as if it was the Soviets since Oswald spent time in Soviet Russia and clearly had connections with them as well as the rocky relationship between JFK and the CIA.
