Breakfast in Belgrade. 🇷🇸
I gained 13kg during the pandemic period due to poor eating habits and lack of exercise. Over that past month I started working on getting back into reasonable shape for my age. So far, I’ve lost 3kg with 10kg more to go.
My plan is pretty simple, but it works for me:
Walk 10,000 steps per day.
Mindful of daily calorie intake.
Little to no alcohol.
Single ingredient foods. 🥩 🥚
